  • Head west on S 11th St toward Tacoma Ave S
  • Turn left onto S Sprague Ave

From University Place, WA:

  • Head north on Grandview Dr W toward 86th Ave W
  • In a half mile, turn right onto 19th S W
  • In 2.1 miles, turn right onto S Orchard St
  • Turn left to merge onto WA-16 E toward I-5/Seattle/Portland
  • In 1.7 miles, take the Sprague Ave exit
  • Turn left onto S Sprague Ave
  • In a mile, Maxi-Space will be on your right

From Parkland, WA:

  • Head west on 112th St S toward Pacific Ave S
  • Turn right onto WA-7 N/Pacific Ave S
  • Turn right onto 108th St S
  • Merge onto WA-512 W via the ramp to I-5/Seattle/Portland
  • In 1.9 miles, take the exit onto I-5 N toward Tacoma/Seattle
  • In 4 miles, take exit 132 for S 38th St
  • Keep left, following signs for Washington 16 W/Gig Harbor/Bremerton
  • In a mile, keep right to continue on Exit 1A, following signs for Sprague Ave
  • Merge onto S Sprague Ave
  • Maxi-Space will be on your right

From Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium, Tacoma, WA:

  • Head northeast on Five Mile Dr toward Roberts Garden Dr
  • Merge onto Roberts Garden Dr
  • Slight right to stay on Roberts Garden Dr
  • Turn right onto N Pearl St
  • In 3.3 miles, turn left to merge onto WA-16 E toward I-5/Seattle/Portland
  • In 2.7 miles, take the Sprague Ave exit

Our team is professionally trained and ready to meet your needs, so pick up the phone today.

Located on Sprague Avenue, our main office is convenient from just about anywhere in town. We’re just north of Stanley Elementary School and the intersection of Interstate 5 and Washington 16. You’ll find our facility just across the street from the Slavic Christian Center and sharing the corner of South 15th Street and Sprague Avenue with a Shell Station. Because we’re so central we can service residents of Tacoma, University Place, and Parkland, Washington with ease.

One of our goals as a self storage company is to provide all the space you need at an affordable price. We also want to have the most unique features around, which is why we offer the sale of supplies in our office and 24-hour access to your unit. BJ, who greeted me at the front desk, was VERY friendly, helpful and efficient! The process to get my unit was quick! The storage space was the perfect size for my furniture, easy to get in and out, and 24-7! Thank you!

The Maxi-Space is like the Ritz-Carlton of band room in Tacoma. It is an indispensable resource that has really allowed our band to push forward in the local industry. Hats off to Maxi-Space!

Maxi-Space is a cut above the rest. Top notch security in in place and so important! They meet or exceed all of my needs as a very busy contractor (24/7 access). Super clean, well maintained facility. Really great patron and friendly expert staff. So glad I'm a part of the Maxi-Space community!
