One of the best compliments we receive is a referral, and we appreciate each one! To thank our customers for sharing about us with friends and family, we are launching a new Referral Appreciation Program, which offers up to $100 for a new mini storage referral and up to $500 for a new warehouse tenant referral.
Please make sure to read through the requirements/eligibility of the Referral Appreciation Program in order to receive your credit:
New tenants MUST mention the current tenant’s referral during their initial inquiry and present the referral card prior to paperwork (credit authorization form, rental agreement, etc.). This card must be completed by the new and current tenants.
Current tenants will receive their money via a credit on their Maxi-Space account. Credits will be applied to the current tenant’s account once the new tenant officially moves in.
One tenant per referral. Multiple tenants cannot receive credits on the same new tenant.
Referrals are only valid on new, first time renters. Previous renters aren’t considered new tenants.
All warehouse referral credits are based on the deposit amount the new tenant pays. For example, if the new tenant rents a space that requires a $300 deposit, the current tenant who referred the new tenant will receive a $150 credit on their next month’s statement.
All Mini Storage referral credits are based on the rent amount the new tenant pays. For example, if the new tenants rent a space for $118, the current tenant who referred the new tenant will receive a $59 credit on their next month’s statement.
