Maxi-Space has incorporated every convenience and protective measure possible to create the perfect storage facility to meet your individual storage needs: 24-hour access every day of the year, electronic gate and key-coded entrances, CCTV site monitoring & on-site after-hours security officers, privately alarmed unit security, automatic sprinkler systems, heat and climate-controlled spaces, ground-level entrances, clean and bright hallways with restrooms.
Maxi-Space even has flexible temporary or long-term leasing options! Nothing has been over-looked and the experienced staff will customize your inventive space to provide you with the specialized storage solutions you require.
- 24 HOUR ACCESS: Your items sometimes need to be accessible late at night and on weekends. That’s why we offer 24/7 access!
- HEATED: Our heated and climate controlled facility will keep your stored items dry, safe and secure.
- EASY ACCESS: We have 7 easy access points to the building that are all on the GROUND FLOOR making moving easy and quick! NO ELEVATORS! Each unit is very tall making it easy to store bulky items or more items!
- STORAGE SHELVES: Many units have a convenient large shelf suitable for fragile or items that weigh less than 35 lbs.
- CLEAN & BRIGHT: All spaces and hallways are very bright and clean. Your unit has its own alarm code making it an easy and affordable extension of your home or business.
- CCTV: We have CCTV security cameras throughout the property.
- FIRE SPRINKLERS:The building has fire sprinklers so this means that if there was ever a fire in the building, 1 or 2 sprinklers would automatically come on and put the fire out!
- CARTS: We have moving carts for your use.
- MANY SIZES: We have sizes that range from 4′x3′ up to 1,000 SF. Our most standard sizes are: 4′x3′, 5′x5′, 5′x7′, 5′x10′, 10′x10′ and 10′x20′.
- FRIENDLY STAFF: Our typical tenant is a home owner, apartment renter, small business, anyone that needs a warm and dry place to store their belongers for a month or 5 years! Our staff is friendly and looking forward to help you find the right size space for your needs!
Maxi-Space Gives Back.
The Maxi-Space Owners believe in giving back to our community. Debbie Bodine is a Registered Nurse at a local hospital and Bruce Bodine is the Founder of the Need A Break Program, which is a division of the Rescue Mission. Need a Break helps people with many needs such as clothing, furniture, auto repairs and other basis needs.
Donations are always needed and much appreciated! So if you are moving and wish to donate, please stop by the Need A Break Center at 425 South Tacoma Way, Tacoma, WA 98402.
