Question: What about your access hours? What if I want to get to my storage unit after your office closes?

Answer: Maxi-Space offers 24/7 access to your storage space; so, even if our office is closed, you can still get to your belongings.


Question: My business is just starting. Do I need to sign a long term lease?

Answer: No. Most of our units are rented on a month-to-month basis.


Question: Is the electricity included in the rent?

Answer: No. Each tenant has their own meter that we read monthly and that we bill you for. We do not add any fee for this feature.


Question: Is there electricity included for the larger workshop spaces?

Answer: Yes. It is metered and we will pass these costs onto on your monthly statement.


Question: Can I operate a business from a space?

Answer: Yes. Please check with the local municipality for details.


Question: Wht is your refund policy?

Answer: There are no refunds for rental space already used. Damage deposits are fully refundable per the terms of your rental agreement.


Question: What is the unit price?

Answer: 5′x10′ indoor heated storage – $95/month.  Many other sizes and options.  Call for details.
